SOA Middleeast 2007 Conference |

This week I spend in Dubai at the SOA Middleeast 2007 Conference for which I was invited as a speaker. It was an industrial conference about how to adopt SOA and BPM in industry and had speakers from many different parts of the world speaking about real life benefits and challenges.
I presented experiences documented in my two papers from BPM2007 and GROUP2007, and as I had 45 minutes for the presentation, I could actually cover both the software engineering perspective as well as the process participants perspective.
I had the opportunity to have two days to do sightseeing in Dubai. I covered many things as seeing the city and many construction sites from an open bus, skiing in the worlds largest indoor skiing area and driven 4wheels in the desert.
